These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LawnPro Manager operated by Tees Lawn Service LLC ("we," "our," or "us") at https://app.teeslawnservices.com. By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.
LawnPro Manager is a business management platform for Tees Lawn Service LLC to manage lawn care clients, scheduling, estimates, invoices, and payments. Access is limited to authorized users of Tees Lawn Service LLC.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
By providing your mobile phone number to Tees Lawn Service LLC, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages (SMS) from us regarding your lawn care services, including:

Payments for lawn care services are processed through Stripe and Square. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor. We do not store your full payment card information. All transactions are subject to the pricing agreed upon in your service estimate or invoice.
Estimates provided through the Service are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Acceptance of an estimate constitutes agreement to the services and pricing described. Final charges may vary if the scope of work changes.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tees Lawn Service LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tees Lawn Service LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
